Communication control apparatus, communication control method, and communication system

An electronic device, comprising:

• circuitry configured to
• obtain first parameters to calculate a first coverage area of a first secondary system from a first secondary usage node operating the first secondary system,
• obtain second parameters to calculate a second coverage area of a second secondary system from a second secondary usage node operating the second secondary system,
• calculate a first power level of a first wireless signal of the first secondary usage node assumed in each area in a plurality of geographical areas based on the obtained first parameters;
• calculate a second power level of a second wireless signal of the second secondary usage node in each area in the plurality of geographical areas based on the obtained second parameters;
• determine whether each area in the plurality of geographical areas belongs to the first coverage area based on the calculated first power level;
• determine whether each area in the plurality of geographical areas belongs to the second coverage area based on the calculated second power level;
• determine an overlapping region in which the first coverage area overlaps the second coverage area, and
• generate coverage information, the coverage information indicating whether each area in the plurality of geographical areas belongs to the overlapping region.

A method for managing communication, comprising:

• obtaining parameters to calculate a coverage area of secondary systems from a secondary usage node operating the secondary systems on a frequency channel allocated to a primary system;
• calculating a power level of a wireless signal of the secondary usage node assumed in each area in a plurality of geographical areas based on the obtained parameters;
• determining whether each area in the plurality of geographical areas belongs to the coverage area based on the calculated power level;
• and
• generating coverage information, the coverage information indicating whether each area in the plurality of geographical areas belongs to the coverage area.
