Insulated wire

An insulated wire comprising:

• a conductor;
• a flame-retardant semiconductive layer arranged immediately on the conductor;
• an insulating layer arranged on an outer periphery of the flame-retardant semiconductive layer;
• and
• a flame-retardant layer arranged on an outer periphery of the insulating layer,
• wherein an oxygen index of the flame-retardant semiconductive layer defined by JIS K7201-2 is larger than 40,
• a volume resistivity of the flame-retardant semiconductive layer defined by JIS C2151 is equal to or smaller than 5.0×1015 (Ωcm),
• the flame-retardant semiconductive layer contains a resin component and a non-halogen filler so as to contain 150 or more and 250 or less parts by mass of the non-halogen filler per 100 parts by mass of the resin component, and
• the insulating layer contains an additive in an amount that is less than or equal to 5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin component.
