Abstract
A display device includes: a plurality of first electrodes arranged in a display region for displaying an image; a second electrode opposed to the first electrodes; a plurality of switching elements that are arranged in the display region and coupled to the first electrodes or the second electrode; a gate line for supplying a scanning signal for scanning the switching elements; a data line for supplying a signal to the switching elements that are coupled to the switching elements; and conductive wire that is opposed to the second electrode via an insulating layer and is coupled to the switching elements.
Claims6
A display device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a plurality of first electrodes arranged in a display region for displaying an image;
- a second electrode opposed to the first electrodes;
- a plurality of switching elements that are arranged at positions corresponding to the first electrodes, respectively, and that are coupled to the first electrodes, the switching elements respectively supplying a pixel signal to a respective one of the first electrodes;
- a gate line that is coupled to the switching elements and that supplies a scanning signal for scanning the switching elements;
- a data line that is coupled to the switching elements and that supplies the pixel signal to the switching elements;
- and
- a conductive wire that is opposed to the second electrode via an insulating layer and that is located between the substrate and the second electrode in a direction perpendicular to a main surface of the substrate,
- wherein the conductive wire is coupled to the switching elements via the data line and supplies the pixel signal to the switching elements via the data line, and
- wherein the conductive wire overlaps with the data line and extends in the same direction as an extending direction of the data line, and has a width wider than a width of the data line at a position where the conductive wire overlaps the data line.
