Gas cooker

A gas cooker comprising:

• a case defining an interior area, the case including an opening to the interior area;
• a plate covering, fully or in part, the opening of the case;
• a burner that is located in the interior area of the case, wherein the burner includes a heating element that is heated using gas;
• a vent that is located at a rear end of the case and that is configured to discharge burned gas from the interior area of the case to an exterior of the case;
• an insulating case that is coupled to the burner and accommodates the burner, the insulating case having an opened upper surface;
• a first insulator inserted in a space defined between a perimeter of the insulating case and an outer side of the burner;
• and
• an operation unit that is in contact with a lower surface of the plate and that is located between a front end of the plate and an outer side of the first insulator, the operation unit being configured to control of the gas cooker based on touch operation on an area of the plate corresponding with the operation unit,
• wherein the plate is in contact with and presses the first insulator, and covers the opened upper surface of the insulating case and the burner.
