Abstract
A panel and a method for manufacturing of such a panel with a carrier plate, comprising a front side and a back side, and wherein the carrier plate comprises a layer system at least at the front side that is built from various polymer layers with different hardness values.
Claims32
A panel comprising a carrier plate having a front side and a back side, wherein the carrier plate has a layer system at least at the front side, wherein the layer system, originating of the front side, comprises:
- a first elastic layer S1 made of a polymer, having a thickness of 80 to 600 μm and a Martens hardness MS1 of 2 to 50 N/mm2;
- as well as a second layer S2 made of a polymer, having a thickness of 10 to 180 μm and a Martens hardness MS2, wherein MS2>MS1.
