The present disclosure relates to compositions, for treating interleukin 5 (IL-5) mediated diseases, and related methods.
Claims12
A composition comprising a mixture of antibodies, the composition comprising:
- (i) an antibody having a heavy chain amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and a light chain amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- and,
- (ii) an antibody having a heavy chain amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and a light chain amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:
- 2, except that residue 31 of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 is replaced with either an aspartic acid or an iso-aspartic acid.
