Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions for treating cancer by having one or more activities of inhibiting cancer growth, inhibiting cancer cell invasion, and inhibiting cancer recurrence.

A method for treating cancer in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising an isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of:
- a) SEQ ID NO:14;
- b) SEQ ID NO:
- 1;
- and c) SEQ ID NO:
- 2, wherein the cancer is a glioma.
