Antiperspirant stick compositions

An antiperspirant stick composition, comprising:

• 1.5 wt % to 2.0 wt % of a synthetic wax;
• 16 wt % to 22 wt % of a fatty alcohol;
• 2 wt % to 10 wt % a hydrophilic surfactant having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value greater than 10, said hydrophilic surfactant being present in an amount sufficient to minimize perspiration-induced discoloration of fabric in contact with the composition;
• 0.5 wt % to 5 wt % of the plasticizer propylene carbonate;
• and
• 14 wt % to about 20 wt % of an antiperspirant active agent, wherein the fatty alcohol and the antiperspirant active agent are present at a weight ratio of from 2:1 to 1:2,
• wherein the composition includes less than 2 wt % polyethylenes having a melting point greater than or equal to 60° C.
