Abstract
A low pressure system for cooling a ram bushing is provided. The low pressure system includes at least one check valve disposed on a T-coupling downstream of the low pressure pump. The check valve allows for the pressure to be maintained in the cooling system, but also allows pressure to be relieved in the event of an over pressure condition.

A ram bushing cooling system for a ram bushing, said ram bushing having at least one first cooling inlet and at least one second cooling inlet, said cooling system comprising:
- a low pressure pump;
- and
- a conduit system structured to provide fluid communication between said low pressure pump and said ram bushing at least one first cooling inlet.
