- a resilient spring member, the resilient spring member having first and second edges and further comprising:
- a first surface, a second surface, and a left-lateral surface, wherein the first surface, second surface, and left-lateral surface define an interior hollow and a medial plane extending through the interior hollow and midway between the first and second surfaces of the resilient spring member, wherein the first surface and second surface define contoured indentations that are generally symmetrical about the medial plane, wherein the contoured indentations extend into the interior hollow, and wherein the first edge and the second edge of the resilient spring member each form a contoured indented opening into the interior hollow;
- and
- a cushion cover member at least partially enclosing the first surface, the second surface and the left-lateral surface of the spring member.
