• wherein, R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and n represents an integer in the range of 1 to 30, or
• a fluorine compound (C-2) that is a polymer of a polymerizable monomer (c2-1) having a polymerizable unsaturated group at both ends of a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain and a polymerizable monomer (c2-2) having a polyoxyalkylene structure represented by general formula (4):
