Abstract

A method and device for real time transmission power control in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes receiving transmission power control related information from at least one base station, generating transmission power control information for load balancing of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control related information, and controlling the transmission power of the at least one base station based on the transmission power control information.

Dependent claims

A method of controlling transmission power by a base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

receiving information associated with interference of a user equipment (UE);
transmitting transmission power control related information including the information associated with the interference;
receiving, by the base station, transmission power control information generated based on the transmission power control related information;
and
controlling the transmission power of the base station based on the transmission power control information.
