Information processing device and information processing method

An information processing method of an information processing device for obtaining content, the information processing method comprising:

• receiving audio/video (AV) content via a broadcast signal;
• receiving from a provider of the AV content, provider-side preference, demographic or interest (PDI) information, the provider-side PDI information being associated with further content;
• obtaining user-side PDI information;
• determining, by circuitry of the information processing device, whether the provider-side PDI information and the user-side PDI information match;
• storing, by the circuitry, the further content when the provider-side PDI information and the user-side PDI information are determined to match, including calling at least one application programming interface (API);
• and
• reproducing the further content on a display.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions which when executed by a computer cause the computer to perform an information processing method for obtaining content, the information processing method comprising:

• receiving audio/video (AV) content via a broadcast signal;
• receiving from a provider of the AV content, provider-side preference, demographic or interest (PDI) information, the provider-side PDI information being associated with further content;
• obtaining user-side PDI information;
• determining whether the provider-side PDI information and the user-side PDI information match;
• storing the further content when the provider-side PDI information and the user-side PDI information are determined to match, including calling at least one application programming interface (API);
• and
• reproducing the further content on a display.
