Systems for PET imaging

An imaging system, comprising:

• a first device including a first scanning channel;
• and
• a second device arranged side by side along an axial direction of the first scanning channel, the second device including:
• a second scanning channel connected to the first scanning channel;
• a first side facing the first device;
• a heat generating component;
• and
• a cooling assembly configured to cool the heat generating component, wherein
• the heat generating component is closer to the first side of the second device than at least a portion of the cooling assembly, and
• the cooling assembly includes:
• an inlet chamber;
• a return chamber;
• and
• at least one baffle surrounding at least one of the inlet chamber or the return chamber, the at least one baffle being configured to separate the at least one of the inlet chamber or the return chamber from the heat generating component.
