A method of treating a disease comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a crystalline form of Compound 1:
- wherein the crystalline form has an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern comprising peaks at 8.5-9.5 degrees 2θ, 18-19 degrees 2θ, 19-19.5 degrees 2θ, and 25.0-25.5 degrees 2θ;
- and
- wherein the disease is a proliferative disease, cancer, or an ocular disease.
A method of inhibiting growth factor signaling comprising administering to a subject a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a crystalline form of Compound 1:
- wherein the crystalline form has an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern comprising peaks at 8.5-9.5 degrees 2θ, 18-19 degrees 2θ, 19-19.5 degrees 2θ, and 25.0-25.5 degrees 2θ.
