A compound represented by structural formula (III-B):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 is —C(═O)NH(C1-C4)alkyl optionally substituted with —OH, —NH2, —(C1-C4)-alkoxy, or —(C1-C4)hydroxyalkoxy, and
- R2 is H.
