Abstract
The cartridge includes a housing body, a hollow inner body extending longitudinally within the housing body and a reservoir configured to store a pre-vapor formulation. The reservoir is tubular and at least a portion of the reservoir is disposed between the housing body and the hollow inner body. A distal end of the reservoir defines a vent hole. A wick is in fluid communication with the reservoir and a heater is configured to vaporize the pre-vapor formulation in the wick.
Claims4
A cartridge, comprising:
- a housing body;
- a hollow inner body extending longitudinally within the housing body;
- a reservoir configured to store a pre-vapor formulation, the reservoir being tubular, at least a portion of the reservoir being disposed between the housing body and the hollow inner body, a distal end of the reservoir defining a vent hole;
- a wick in fluid communication with the reservoir;
- and
- a heater configured to vaporize the pre-vapor formulation in the wick,
- wherein the reservoir is made from a flexible material, the reservoir being configured to collapse, starting at the distal end of the reservoir, as the pre-vapor formulation is depleted.
