Infrastructure testing

An apparatus, comprising:

• means for receiving a machine-executable order describing a computing network, wherein the computing network includes a plurality of provisioned computing resources disposed in a plurality of clouds;
• means for deploying the computing network across the plurality of clouds by executing the machine-executable order;
• means for testing at least one function of each provisioned computing resource, in the plurality of provisioned computing resources from the plurality of clouds, that has previously failed to perform as expected to determine that the computing network performs as expected, wherein the testing includes transmitting, from the platform management device, one or more calls to a respective application program interface of the each provisioned computing resource in the plurality of provisioned computing resources;
• means for determining, based on a result of the testing, that the computing network at least one of lacks a communication error between devices of the computing network, lacks incompatible hardware interfaces of the devices of the computing network, lacks incompatible software interfaces of the devices of the computing network, or lacks internet protocol address errors of the devices of the computing network;
• and
• means for instantiating, in response to a determination that the computing network performs as expected, a workload that is run by at least some of the provisioned computing resources of the computing network.

An apparatus, comprising:

• a processor;
• and
• a memory coupled to the processor and configured to cause the processor to initiate creating specific logic circuits within the processor, wherein the specific logic circuits are configured to cause the processor to initiate:
• receiving a machine-executable order describing a computing network, wherein the computing network includes a plurality of provisioned computing resources disposed in a plurality of clouds;
• deploying the computing network across the plurality of clouds by executing the machine-executable order;
• testing at least one function of each provisioned computing resource, in the plurality of provisioned computing resources from the plurality of clouds, that has previously failed to perform as expected to determine that the computing network performs as expected, wherein the testing includes transmitting, from the platform management device, one or more calls to a respective application program interface of the each provisioned computing resource in the plurality of provisioned computing resources;
• determining, based on a result of the testing, that the computing network at least one of lacks a communication error between devices of the computing network, lacks incompatible hardware interfaces of the devices of the computing network, lacks incompatible software interfaces of the devices of the computing network, or lacks internet protocol address errors of the devices of the computing network;
• and
• instantiating, in response to a determination that the computing network performs as expected, a workload that is run by at least some of the provisioned computing resources of the computing network.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium, comprising:

• processor-executable instructions stored thereon configured to cause a processor to initiate:
• receiving a machine-executable order describing a computing network, wherein the computing network includes a plurality of provisioned computing resources disposed in a plurality of clouds;
• deploying the computing network across the plurality of clouds by executing the machine-executable order;
• testing at least one function of each provisioned computing resource, in the plurality of provisioned computing resources from the plurality of clouds, that has previously failed to perform as expected to determine that the computing network performs as expected, wherein the testing includes transmitting, from the platform management device, one or more calls to a respective application program interface of the each provisioned computing resource in the plurality of provisioned computing resources;
• determining, based on a result of the testing, that the computing network at least one of lacks a communication error between devices of the computing network, lacks incompatible hardware interfaces of the devices of the computing network, lacks incompatible software interfaces of the devices of the computing network, or lacks internet protocol address errors of the devices of the computing network;
• and
• instantiating, in response to a determination that the computing network performs as expected, a workload that is run by at least some of the provisioned computing resources of the computing network.
