Systems and methods for displaying media assets associated with holographic structures

A system for providing media assets through a virtual interface, the system comprising:

• storage circuitry configured to store a virtual structure;
• and
• control circuitry configured to:
• generate for display the virtual structure, wherein the virtual structure has a determined set of coordinates that identifies the virtual structure in a three-dimensional space;
• detect a user interaction with a portion of the virtual structure;
• and
• in response to the user interaction:
• increase the virtual structure's surface area while maintaining the virtual structure's volume, wherein increasing the virtual structure's surface area comprises changing a coordinate of the set of coordinates to generate a changed set of coordinates that identifies the virtual structure;
• and
• generate for display a media asset identifier associated with the virtual structure within the initial set of coordinates.
