Claims13
A composition comprising a fusion protein and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the fusion protein comprises:
- a first domain that consists of an amino acid sequence encoded by a nucleic acid sequence that encodes a protein consisting of an extracellular region of a protein, wherein the nucleic acid sequence hybridizes over its full length, after a wash at 50° C. to 60° C. in a buffer containing 0.2×SSC and 0.1% SDS, to the complement of a nucleotide sequence consisting of nucleotide 88 to nucleotide 936 of SEQ ID NO:2;
- and
- at least one additional domain comprising an amino acid sequence that is unrelated to SEQ ID NO:1.
A composition comprising a fusion protein and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein said fusion protein comprises:
- a first domain consisting of a polypeptide that consists of all or part of amino acid 30 to amino acid 311 of SEQ ID NO:1 and includes at least an V-like Ig domain consisting of amino acid 47 to amino acid 150 of SEQ ID NO:1;
- and
- at least one additional domain comprising an amino acid sequence that is unrelated to SEQ ID NO:1.
