A triterpenoid compound having the structure of Formula I, or a hydrate, stereoisomer, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein one or more of R1, R2 or R3 is independently a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group and the remaining R groups are hydrogen.
