Modular apparatus and system for accommodating and dispensing cans and a method for forming the same

A system for accommodating and dispensing a plurality of cans comprising:

• at least one shelving unit, wherein the shelving unit comprises a plurality of horizontal traverses coupled between a plurality of vertical uprights;
• a plurality of can dispensers, wherein each of the plurality of can dispensers comprises an upper ramp and a lower ramp;
• and
• a plurality of connection points disposed on each of the plurality of can dispensers,
• wherein the plurality of can dispensers are coupled together and form at least one dispensing shelf,
• wherein each of the plurality of connection points comprises an upper recess and a lower recess,
• wherein the upper ramp of each can dispenser comprises an upper shelf support, the upper shelf support configured to engage with at least one of the plurality of horizontal traverses,
• wherein each of the plurality of connection points comprises a cylindrical protrusion, the cylindrical protrusion comprising a longitudinal axis,
• wherein the upper recess is defined at a distal end of the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical protrusion,
• wherein the lower recess is defined at a proximal end of the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical protrusion,
• wherein the upper recess is configured to accommodate a first connector of a plurality of connectors, and
• wherein the lower recess is configured to accommodate a second connector of the plurality of connectors.
