The present invention relates to fluorine substituted CBD compounds, compositions thereof and uses thereof for the preparation of medicaments.

A method of treating a condition, disease or disorder in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the general formula (V):
- wherein
- R1 is selected from straight or branched C1-C8 alkyl;
- R2 is selected from straight or branched C2-C10 alkenyl;
- R3 and R4 are OH;
- R5 is selected from a straight or branched C5-C12 alkyl;
- wherein the condition, disease or disorder is selected from the group consisting of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy and convulsions.
A method of treating inflammation in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound having the general formula (V):

- R1 is selected from straight or branched C1-C8 alkyl;
- R2 is selected from straight or branched C2-C10 alkenyl;
- R3 and R4 are OH;
- R5 is selected from a straight or branched C5-C12 alkyl.
