Method and apparatus for receiving, by terminal, data on unlicensed band

A user equipment (UE) for transmitting information on an unlicensed band in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• a memory;
• a transceiver;
• and a processor operatively coupled to the memory and the transceiver, wherein the processor is configured to:
• control the transceiver to receive, from a base station (BS), first information indicating whether there is data to be transmitted to the UE;
• control the transceiver to receive, from the BS, second information informing the UE whether transmission of third information is necessary;
• control the transceiver to receive a timer value from the BS;
• perform channel sensing in a duration in which a timer runs;
• and
• control the transceiver to transmit, to the BS, either the third information or fourth information based on a result of channel sensing,
• wherein the third information informs the BS that it is possible for the UE to receive data, and
• wherein the fourth information informs the BS that it is impossible for the UE to receive the data.
