Abstract
In a connector including: a plurality of contacts each making connection by sandwiching a connecting member; and a housing in which the contacts are to be accommodated, the housing includes a housing body in which the contacts are to be accommodated, and an operating portion that moves the contacts such that the contacts perform sandwiching, and, in a case where the contacts sandwich the connecting member, a portion in which the housing body and the operating portion are connected together is cut off when the operating portion is operated.
Claims12
A housing to which a plurality of contacts each making connection by sandwiching a connecting member is mounted, the housing comprising:
- a housing body in which the contacts are to be accommodated;
- and
- an operating portion that moves the contacts accommodated in the housing body such that the contacts sandwich the connecting member, wherein,
- in a case where the contacts sandwich the connecting member, a portion in which the housing body and the operating portion are connected together is cut off when the operating portion is operated.
A housing to which a plurality of contacts each making connection by sandwiching a connecting member is mounted, the housing comprising:
- a housing body in which the contacts are to be accommodated;
- and
- an operating portion that moves the contacts accommodated in the housing body such that the contacts sandwich the connecting member, wherein,
- during mounting of the contacts, a portion in which the housing body and the operating portion are connected together is cut off when the operating portion is pressed.
