Capacitor component

A capacitor component comprising:

• a plurality of unit laminates, each comprising a body with a stacked structure including a plurality of internal electrodes and connection electrodes that extend in a stacking direction of the body and electrically connect to the plurality of internal electrodes;
• and
• a pad portion, disposed between two adjacent unit laminates among the plurality of unit laminates, that contacts a respective connection electrode of each of the two adjacent unit laminates,
• wherein respective areas of the connection electrodes, as viewed from the stacking direction, positioned above and below the pad portion are different from each other.

A capacitor component comprising:

• a plurality of unit laminates, each comprising a body with a stacked structure including a plurality of internal electrodes and connection electrodes that extend in a stacking direction of the body and electrically connect to the plurality of internal electrodes;
• and
• a pad portion between adjacent unit laminates among the plurality of unit laminates that electrically connects the respective connection electrodes of the adjacent unit laminates to each other,
• wherein respective central axes of a connection electrode positioned above the pad portion and of another connection electrode positioned below the pad portion are offset from each other.

A capacitor component comprising:

• a plurality of unit laminates, each comprising a body with a stacked structure including a plurality of internal electrodes and connection electrodes that extend in a stacking direction of the body and electrically connect to the plurality of internal electrodes;
• and
• a pad portion, disposed between two adjacent unit laminates among the plurality of unit laminates, that contacts a respective connection electrode of each of the two adjacent unit laminates,
• wherein the plurality of internal electrodes includes a plurality of first and second internal electrodes alternately stacked with dielectric layers interposed therebetween,
• the connection electrodes include first and second connection electrodes electrically connected to the first and second internal electrodes, respectively, and
• the second connection electrode penetrates through the first internal electrode and is not connected to the first internal electrode.

A capacitor component comprising:

• a plurality of stacked unit laminates, each comprising a body with a stacked structure including:
• a plurality of first and second internal electrodes alternately stacked with dielectric layers interposed therebetween, and
• first and second connection electrodes that extend in a stacking direction of the body and electrically connect to the first and second internal electrodes, respectively;
• first and second pad portions disposed between two adjacent stacked unit laminates of the plurality of unit laminates, the first pad portion contacting the first connection electrodes of the two adjacent unit laminates and the second pad portion contacting the second connection electrodes of the two adjacent unit laminates,
• wherein areas of the first and second pad portions, as viewed in the stacking direction, are larger than areas of the first and second connection electrodes of the adjacent unit laminates, and
• first and second external electrodes on a lower surface of a lowermost unit laminate of the plurality of stacked unit laminates are electrically connected to first and second connection electrodes, respectively.
