Operation support system and working machine including operation support system

An operation support system comprising:

• a working machine;
• a plurality of vehicle body state sensors arranged on the working machine that detect operation data representing structural states of the working machine;
• an operator identification sensor that identifies a plurality of operators who operate the working machine by detecting an identification device of each of the operators;
• a data accumulation unit that accumulates the operation data and identification information of the plurality of identified operators;
• a work characteristic evaluation unit that evaluates work characteristics of the plurality of operators by averaging the work characteristics for each operator over a plurality of work environment states and comparing the average work characteristics of the plurality of operators, and selects an operator from among the plurality of operators, based on a comparison result of comparing the average work characteristics of the plurality of operators;
• a learning unit that learns parameters of an operation model of the working machine, based on operation data corresponding to the selected operator;
• and
• an operation support unit that supports the plurality of operators, based on the operation model.
