• the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I) contains a flame the second, and pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) contains no flame retardant, wherein the gel fraction of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (I) is different from the gel fraction of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II), wherein the gel fraction of the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 50 to 90%.
