N-Methylbenzimidazoles as mIDH1 inhibitors

A compound of formula (I)

• wherein:
• R1 is a halogen atom or a group selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-C6-alkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, C3-C6-cycloalkyloxy, C1-C6-haloalkyl,
• C1-C6-haloalkoxy, cyano, (C1-C6-alkyl)-S—, (C1-C6-alkyl)-S(═O)—, (C1-C6-alkyl)-S(═O)2—, (C1-C6-haloalkyl)-S—, (C1-C6-haloalkyl)-S(═O)—, (C1-C6-haloalkyl)-S(═O)2—, —C(═O)OR9, —C(═O)N(R10)R11 and N(R10)R11;
• R2 is a hydrogen atom;
• R3 is a hydrogen atom;
• R4 is a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom;
• R5 is a group selected from the group consisting of:
• C(═O)OR9, R9OC(═O)—(C1-C6-alkyl)-, R9OC(═O)—(C2-C6-alkenyl)-, R9OC(═O)—(C1-C6-alkoxy)-, —C(═O)N(R10)R11, R10(R11)NC(═O)—(C1-C6-alkyl)-, R10(R11)NC(═O)—(C2-C6-alkenyl)- and R10(R11)NC(═O)—(C1-C6-alkoxy)-;
• R6 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a group selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, C3-C6-cycloalkyl, C3-C6-cycloalkyloxy, C1-C6-haloalkyl, C1-C6-haloalkoxy and cyano;
• R7 is a hydrogen atom;
• R8 is a hydrogen atom;
• R9 is a hydrogen atom or a group selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-C6-alkyl and C3-C6-cycloalkyl;
• and
• R10 and R11
• are independently selected from the group consisting of:
• hydrogen and C1-C6-alkyl;
• or
• R10 and R11
• are taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached to form a 4- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl,
• wherein said 4- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl group is optionally substituted with one substituent selected from the group consisting of:
• C1-C3-alkyl, C1-C3-haloalkyl, C1-C3-alkoxy, C1-C3-haloalkoxy, amino, hydroxy, halogen and cyano,
• or wherein said 4- to 6-membered heterocycloalkyl group is optionally substituted with two halogen atoms,
• or a stereoisomer, an N-oxide, a hydrate, a solvate, or a salt thereof, or a mixture of any of the foregoing.
