A lithium-ion battery comprising a housing, a battery cell group disposed in the housing, and a fire-extinguishing material layer between the battery cell group and the housing, the housing comprising a drain hole, the lithium-ion battery further comprising a battery sheath arranged in the housing, the battery cell group arranged in the battery cell sheath, the fire-extinguishing material layer arranged between the battery cell sheath and the housing, and the material of the battery cell sheath is ABS plastics or aluminum;

• wherein a heat-insulating layer is arranged on the inner surface of the housing, and the material of the heat-insulating layer is silicon dioxide or asbestos.
