Process for implementation of professional enhancements to gaming hardware controller

A process for the enhancement and modification of a stock video game controller comprising:

• disassembling a housing of the controller;
• removing a mainboard of the controller;
• adding lead solder to solder points mounting an analog stick assembly to the mainboard;
• removing the solder on the mainboard dismounting the analog stick assembly;
• removing the analog stick assembly;
• unfastening clips disposed on a rear of the analog stick assembly;
• disassembling the analog stick assembly exposing a potentiometer;
• removing a plunger from within the analog stick assembly;
• removing a stock spring from under the plunger;
• inserting a replacement spring having a customized force tension;
• removing a stock tensile click button from the analog stick assembly;
• replacing the stock tensile click button with an aftermarket stock tensile click button with a customized click force;
• reassembling the analog stick assembly;
• soldering the analog stick assembly to the mainboard;
• replacing a first stock analog shoulder switch with a first snap-action switch disposed above a first hall sensor;
• installing a first supplemental magnet to the mainboard adjacent to the first snap-action switch;
• securing the first supplemental magnet with heat shrink tubing;
• affixing a first wear area via a 7 mm by 7 mm stainless steel element to the heat shrink tubing;
• replacing a first stock foam buffer of a first stock shoulder trigger with a 1.5 mm rubber pad;
• replacing a second stock analog shoulder switch with a second snap-action switch disposed above a second hall sensor;
• installing a second supplemental magnet to the mainboard adjacent to the second snap-action switch;
• securing the second supplemental magnet with heat shrink tubing;
• affixing a second wear area via a 7 mm by 7 mm stainless steel element to the heat shrink tubing;
• replacing a second stock foam buffer of a second stock shoulder trigger with a 1.5 mm rubber pad;
• mounting the mainboard back to the housing of the controller;
• and
• reassembling the housing of the controller.
