Dispenser with threaded tip/dispenser with removable cap

A cosmetic applicator comprising:

• a container for containing a product to be dispensed, the container comprising:
• a sidewall;
• a closed end;
• an open end;
• external threads;
• and
• a thermal tip comprising:
• a skirt defined by a single downwardly extending wall configured to fit over and attach to the container, the skirt having internal threads configured to threadingly engage the external threads on the container;
• a sealing member radially spaced apart from the skirt, the sealing member configured to extend into the open end of the container;
• an application surface for applying the product to a surface;
• an opening in the application surface;
• and
• a product delivery passageway in fluid communication with the opening in the application surface and the container, the product delivery passageway defined by the thermal tip alone.

A cosmetic applicator comprising:

• a container containing a product to be dispensed, the container having a body portion and a neck portion, the container having external threading;
• a dispensing tip disposed on the container, the dispensing tip comprising:
• a thermal member including an application surface with an opening therein and a product delivery passageway in fluid communication with the opening and the container, the thermal member alone defining the product delivery passageway;
• a skirt defined by a wall portion extending linearly and downwardly from the thermal member to a terminal end, an inner surface of the wall portion having threading configured to threadingly engage the external threading on the container;
• and
• a sealing member radially spaced apart from the skirt, the sealing member configured to contact an inner surface of the neck portion;
• and
• a cap selectively securable to one of the container and the dispensing tip to selectively cover and expose the opening in the thermal application surface.
