Abstract
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods, apparatus and articles of manufacture that feature omega-3 fatty acids co-processed with flavonoid and lipophilic antioxidants for improved stability.

An article of manufacture comprising a lipid resulting from a source of omega-3 fatty acids co-processed with a hydrophilic flavonoid, a lipophilic anti-oxidant, and melatonin in a concentration effective to inhibit lipid destroying enzymes.
