Claims20
A method for treating a biological lumen comprising:
- positioning a balloon adjacent to an opening of the biological lumen, wherein the balloon has a closed distal terminal end, and wherein the balloon is attached to a base comprising a leader;
- delivering a pressurized media into the balloon with an inflation device, wherein the delivering comprises everting the balloon into the biological lumen, and wherein the everting comprises occluding the biological lumen;
- detaching the inflation device from the balloon;
- and
- pulling the balloon from the biological lumen after the detaching of the inflation device, and wherein pulling the balloon comprises pulling the leader.

A method for treating a biological lumen comprising:
- positioning a balloon adjacent to an opening of the biological lumen wherein the balloon has a closed distal terminal end, and wherein a leader extends from the balloon;
- delivering a pressurized media into the balloon, wherein the delivering comprises everting the balloon into the biological lumen, and wherein the everting comprises occluding the lumen, wherein the everting comprises pressurizing and inflating;
- and
- withdrawing the balloon from the biological lumen after the detaching of the inflation device, and wherein withdrawing the balloon comprises pulling the leader;
- wherein the biological lumen comprises a urethra.
