Abstract
In various example embodiments, systems and methods to provide content recommendations are provided. Search parameters are received from a user. An attribute associated with the user is derived. Using the search parameters and the attribute, content from a database that is within a predetermined margin of difference of the derived attribute are determined. A list of the content is caused to be presented in a user interface of the user.
Claims16
A method comprising:
- receiving a search parameter from a device of a user;
- receiving an image showing the user and a marker;
- identifying the marker in the image and determining dimensions of the marker from a marker database storing the dimensions of the marker;
- deriving sizing data for the user using the dimensions of the marker and the image showing the user and the marker;
- performing a search of a coupled database for content corresponding to the search parameter and having a size within a predetermined margin of difference of the derived sizing data for the user;
- and
- causing presentation of a list of the content in a user interface of the device of the user.
A system comprising:
- one or more hardware processors;
- and
- a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more hardware processors, cause the one or more hardware processors to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a search parameter from a device of a user;
- receiving an image showing the user and a marker;
- identifying the marker in the image and determining dimensions of the marker from a marker database storing the dimensions of the marker;
- deriving sizing data for the user using the dimensions of the marker and the image showing the user and the marker;
- performing a search of a coupled database for content corresponding to the search parameter and having a size within a predetermined margin of difference of the derived sizing data for the user;
- and
- causing presentation of a list of the content in a user interface of the device of the user.
A hardware storage device storing instructions which, when executed by at least one processor of a machine, cause the machine to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a search parameter from a device of a user;
- receiving an image showing the user and a marker;
- identifying the marker in the image and determining dimensions of the marker from a marker database storing the dimensions of the marker;
- deriving sizing data for the user using the dimensions of the marker and the image showing the user and the marker;
- performing a search of a coupled database for content corresponding to the search parameter and having a size within a predetermined margin of difference of the derived sizing data for the user;
- and
- causing presentation of a list of the content in a user interface of the device of the user.
