A ceramic cutting tool comprising a blade body containing zirconium oxide as a primary component of the blade body, wherein the blade body contains particles containing any one of aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, or silicon nitride as a primary component of the particles, and wherein the blade body includes a blade part, and a plurality of the particles are exposed on a top part of the blade part, and a width of the top part is not less than 1 μm and not greater than 10 μm.
