Abstract
Compounds are prepared having one of the formulae ##STR1## where n is an integer of 1, 2 or 3 and R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are hydrocarbyl or halohydrocarbyl. The compounds are useful as stabilizers for olefin polymers.
Claims19
A composition comprising a member of the group consisting of solid monolefin polymers containing a stabilizingly effective amount of a compound having one of the formulae:
- ##STR6## wherein n is an integer and R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are hydrocarbyl or halohydrocarbyl[.] with the proviso that when the formula is (a) R.sub.2 is alkyl, alkenyl or cycloalkyl.
[4. A composition according to claim 2 wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are alkyl, haloalkyl, aryl, haloaryl, alkenyl, aralkyl, haloalkenyl or cycloalkyl.]
