A new and distinct cultivar of Mandevilla plant named ‘INMAN 528’, characterized by its broadly upright plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit and moderate growth rate; freely branching habit; dense and bushy appearance; medium green-colored leaves; early, freely and continuous flowering habit; and medium-sized star-shaped light and dark purplish pink-colored flowers with dark yellow-colored throats.
