A new and distinct cultivar of Hibiscus plant named ‘Hot Pink Wind’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and uniformly mounded plant habit appropriate for container production; freely branching habit, dense and bushy appearance; glossy dark green-colored leaves; uniform, freely and early flowering habit; and large bright purplish red-colored flowers with small dark red-colored throats.
