A new and distinct variety of sweet cherry tree, which is denominated varietally as ‘SMS-CA-05-RVT1191’ is described, with self-fertility and high productivity and which produces early ripening fruit considered large in size, with comparatively higher degrees Brix, and low in off-grade fruit types of deep suture, spurs, and doubled fruit formations under the ecological conditions prevailing in the Stockton and Lodi, California area.
