A new and distinct Ocimum basilicum plant named ‘RUVOB10’ distinguished by its white and green variegation leaf pattern with creamy white margins, bold, Genovese-like sweet and peppery flavor, green stems with an upright, moderately bushy habit with a slightly open V-shaped canopy, and seedling lethal phenotype.
