A new and distinct cultivar of Helleborus plant named ‘HL 1062’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaflets; freely flowering habit; flowers with pinkish white and light purple-colored petals and pinkish white and purplish red-colored sepals; and good garden performance.
