A new and distinct cultivar of Helleborus plant named ‘HL 1064’, characterized by its upright to outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; moderately vigorous to vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored leaflets; freely flowering habit; flowers with white to light purple-colored petals and light purplish pink-colored sepals; and good garden performance.
