A new and distinct Alocasia plant named ‘ELSTLALU’ particularly distinguished by a dark green background leaf coloration with irregular white to light green mottling and marbling, distinct mottled and marbled variegation distributed across most of the leaf surface, and a tall, upright growth habit with elongated petioles and an open appearance.
