A new and distinct variety of Phalaenopsis plant named ‘PHALHOWLO’, particularly characterized by having white, shaded, flecked, and edged flowers with reddish-orange and very light purple lips, 1 to 2 peduncles that are long and sturdy, leaves that are oblong, and is propagated by meristem tissue culture, is disclosed.
