A new and distinct cultivar of Echinacea plant named ‘Apecssired’, characterized by its broadly upright and relatively compact plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; strong flowering stems; numerous large single-type inflorescences with red-colored ray florets and orangish red-colored receptacle spines; and good garden performance.
