A new and distinct cultivar of hardy Hibiscus hybrid plant named ‘Summer Storm’ as herein described and illustrated, with dark burgundy palmate leaves and producing a multitude of pink blushed flowers with darker rose stripes and deep red eye over at least 12 weeks during the summer and early fall, and suitable as a potted plant, for the garden, and for cut flower arrangements.
