A new and distinct cultivar of Helenium plant named ‘Helbro’, characterized by its upright and somewhat outwardly spreading plant habit; freely basal branching growth habit; freely flowering habit; large upright-facing inflorescences with yellow and red bi-colored ray florets; and strong and erect peduncles that tolerate wind and rain.
