A polynucleotide encoding a fusion protein,
- wherein the fusion protein comprises a physiologically active protein, and a skin-penetrating peptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1
- wherein the physiologically active protein is selected from the group consisting of human growth hormone (hGH), epidermal growth factor (EGF), platelet-derived growth factor-b subunit (PDGFb), and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF).
