Abstract
The invention relates to antibody molecules having specificity for antigenic determinants of human IL-13, therapeutic uses of the antibody molecules and methods for producing antibody molecules.
Claims8
A method for treating a subject suffering from a pathological disorder mediated by interleukin-13 (IL-13), the method comprising administering to the subject by inhalation an effective amount of an anti-IL-13 antibody Fab or Fab′ fragment comprising (i) a heavy chain variable domain comprising a CDR having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:1 for CDR-H1, a CDR having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:2 for CDR-H2 and a CDR having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:3 for CDR-H3, and (ii) a light chain variable domain comprising a CDR having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:4 for CDR-L1, a CDR having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:5 for CDR-L2 and a CDR having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:6 for CDR-L3.
